Exhibit Services Base Processing Fee: $5.99 (covers up to 15 exhibits) Additional Exhibits: $0.59 per exhibit (any number of pages) The processing fee includes: • Exhibit marking • Exhibit linking • Separating and organizing • File naming • Bundling • Repository upload Turnaround: 24 hours Printed Transcripts with 8.5x11 Exhibits: • Black & White: $0.14 per page • Color: $0.14 per page Plus the $5.99 processing fee. By default, one set of the deponent’s exhibits is provided for each recipient. PDF Transcripts with Exhibits: Linked exhibits are included in all full-size and condensed PDF transcripts, allowing recipients to easily navigate between the transcript and exhibits. E-Trans (PTX) with Exhibits: Because exhibits cannot be linked to an E-Trans (PTX) file, we include a separate PDF exhibit package with your order. Exhibit Scanning: If you send paper exhibits for scanning: • 8.5 × 11 Black & White: $0.18 per page • 8.5 × 11 Color: $0.29 per page Scanning or copying oversized exhibits, spreadsheets, or specialty materials may incur additional charges.
