What is the turnaround time?
Processing Times
E-Trans (PTX) and PDF transcripts are typically completed within 24 hours of payment and made available for download in the SmartDeps repository. Printed transcripts are typically processed within 24 hours, plus shipping time.

Orders submitted after 5:00 PM ET may be processed the next business day.
How do I submit my signature?
You can submit signatures for all of your reporters at any time. Once we have a signature on file, we'll automatically place it on the certification page of each printed and PDF transcript. Please note that signatures cannot be added to E-Trans (PTX) files.
