What is the turnaround time?

PROCESSING TIMES:

E-Trans (PTX) and PDF transcripts are typically completed within 24 hours of payment and made available for download in the SmartDeps repository. Printed transcripts are also processed within approximately 24 hours; however, this timeframe does not include shipping.

HOURS OF OPERATION:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST

Orders submitted after 5:00 PM EST may be processed the next business day.

FEDEX SHIPPING:

FedEx shipping charges and transit times are in addition to the processing schedule. You can select FedEx 2-day, Overnight, or Ground services for each recipient when placing your order.

How do I submit my signature?

You can submit signatures for all your reporters at any time. Once we have your signature on file, we will automatically place it on the certification page of each hard copy and PDF transcript. We cannot add your signature to an E-Trans (PTX). Download the form here.

How does SmartDeps work?
